So yeah. I really hate to admit it, but I quit the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge. It was too brutal on my body, especially my joints! I felt the pain, but it wasn't the good pain! :( So I decided to stop doing it. I pulled something the first week, but continued to exercise ... and it never got better. Now it seems to be feeling better. Walking didn't bother it, but all the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge stuff did.
At least I have come to realize that I can't take a Insanity Class at the YMCA ... prob'ly not even a Boot Camp one lol but maybe a Yoga one ;)
On a good note. I got a Polar FT7 for my birthday!!!!!! Geno bought it for me! I love the thing! I haven't figured out how to get it to show if I'm in a fat burning zone or a fitness improvement zone. I'll get that figured out though ... it just might take me awhile lol For those that don't know what it is... It's a heart rate monitor, and it will show your true calories burned from your own heart rate.... I love it! All those sites and apps and tools online for all of it are so far off on the calories burned! I was OVER EATING from it! I didn't know. I knew they were off, but not that far off!! Scary! So now I can eat the right amount of calories :) Did I mention I love it? I do! I DO! :D lol
As for exercising, I will be doing it still of course! I enjoy it. I did a short routine yesterday and then after dinner I went on a 4 mile walk in the park.
Here was the routine I did (in order) - 25 minute workout:
Warm up (5 Mins)
Crunchless Abs (10 Mins)
Bigger Butt (5 Mins)
Cool Down (5 Mins)
Today I am going to take a break, maybe make some jewelry? :) I might go for a walk later though. I love walking! And it burns a lot of calories!!
